Sealed tenders are invited from reputed packers for packing of various exhibits / materials in suitable packing boxes fabricated by them on Annual Contract basis. Interested parties having proven experience of minimum ten years in this field with strong financial background and having own office / workshop may obtain prescribed Tender Documents from this office on any working day upto 26.8.2008 or download the same directly from NCSM Website www.ncsm.org.in. Sealed tenders duly accompanied by Earnest Money of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand Only) will be received at this office up to 27.8.2008 and opened at 4.00 p.m. on 28.8.2008. Late / delayed tenders shall not be accepted. Tenderers may be present during opening of Tenders. The Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in full or part without assigning any reason whatsoever.
