The pre bid meeting in connection with the tender for consultancy services for Feasibility Study for the proposed expansion, upgradation etc. of the Convention Centre of Science City, Kolkata was held at 11 a.m. on 14.05.2010 at NCSM Hqrs. The meeting was attended by the following:

b. Shri B Dasgupta, Secretary, NCSM, Kolkata
c. Shri Satyaki Niyogi, Sr. Manager, Business Development, Voyants Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
d. Shri A Banerjee, Director, Strategic Management Technology Consultants
e. Shri Arindam Ghosh, Asst. Vice President, Strategic Consulting, Jones Lang Lasalle, Meghraj
During the meeting the various queries raised by the agencies were discussed and based on the same, the following consolidated set of clarifications were decided to be communicated to each organization. |

| For attention of agencies who have submitted their offers for consultancy services for feasibility study for the proposed expansion, upgradation etc. of the Convention Centre of the Science City, Kolkata.

Please take note that on June 22, 2010 at 11.30 A.M. the envelopes no.1 (technical offer) shall be opened at 7th floor Conference Room of National Council of Science Museums, Sector-V, Block-GN, Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata-700 091. In the 1st stage, the technical bids shall be opened in presence of the representatives of the participating agencies in order to check if the envelopes contain the documents and the amounts mentioned in the pre-offer document issued by NCSM. The NCSM authorities reserve the right to disqualify any agency if the documents and the deposits/fees are not found in place. The agencies will also be informed of the criteria for evaluation for determination of eligibility.
The actual evaluation will be done by a technical committee later, during which presence of the representatives of the agencies shall not be necessary.
The envelopes no.2 i.e. the financial offers of the agencies, which qualify on evaluation, shall only be opened on a date, time and venue to be intimated in due course to the agencies concerned so that they can nominate their representatives to attend the opening. |
